Our food is grown with care and delivered through a cold chain. It should arrive to you quickly and with utmost quality.

Should you find a problem with the product, please reach out!

The item will either be replaced or you will receive a credit for the item. 

For Farm Share Subscriptions, we are able to cancel the subscription minus the weeks already received plus two. So, if you wish to cancel after you've received three weeks, for example, you will be refunded for five weeks. This is due to upfront costs in setting up the service.

For wholesale buyers, once an order has been placed, it will be harvested and prepared for delivery. Order cancellation at that time depends upon timeliness of cancellation. If the farmer has already harvested the item, and we are unable to sell it elsewhere, then will will be charged to your account.
