Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce. Our producers deliver uniform, market-grade products in labeled industry-standard boxes.

We want to know if a product has been delivered and is unsatisfactory! The item will either be replaced or you will receive a credit for the item. Please reach out as soon as you notice a problem, at alicia.ellingsworth@thekcfoodhub.com

Once an order has been placed, it will be harvested and prepared for delivery. Order cancellation depends upon timeliness of cancellation. If the farmer has already harvested the item, and we are unable to sell it elsewhere, then will will be charged to your account.
